How can I track my order status?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Visit the account login page on clcs.com and sign in – there, you may review your order status. If you checked out as a guest, you may contact us at contact-us for your current status.

Why isn’t my order status updated when I log into my account?
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to appear.

Tracking shows my label has been created, but no movement. Why is this?
Your shipping status may take 1-2 business day before any location updates appear. If your tracking does not update after 2 business days, please email our Resolution Team at contact-us and we will research the matter further.

My package shows as “Delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?
Based on your location and pre-set preferences with the delivery courier, your order may be delivered to your building doorman, concierge, mailroom, or even at times, a neighbor of whom may accept the package in your absence. Please be sure to check with these individuals first. If you still do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact our Resolution Team at contact-us and we will investigate the issue further.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery.

Can I pick-up my order from my local Celcius store?
Online orders cannot be retrieved at any Celcius store location as all online orders must be shipped from our warehouse which is not open to the public.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return for eligible merchandise.

I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited in any form.

Where do orders ship from?

Depending on location and availability, your item(s) may ship from one of our private warehouse facilities or from one of our Celcius retail stores.

Why can I only buy one style per product?

Due to item exclusivity, we set purchase limits to prevent customers from buying multiple quantities of the same item, ensuring fair access for other customers.

Can I pick up my online order from a Celcius store?

We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via Sicepat Express, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days

I ordered multiple products but received a tracking number for only some of them. Where is the rest of my order?

Depending on item availability and shipping location, your order may be shipped separately from different locations, such as our private warehouse or Celcius retail stores. The remaining items will be delivered within the estimated timeframe for your destination country.

I placed two or more orders today. Can you combine them to save on shipping?

We are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders.

I’m buying a gift for a friend. Why can’t I use a different billing and shipping address?

To protect our customers, Celcius is unable to change or intercept shipping addresses after an order is placed. Orders can only be shipped to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We do not accept phone orders.

Can I place a phone order from my local Celcius store?

Our stores do not accept phone orders.

Where can I purchase Celcius products?

Are your items offered in US or UK sizing?
All our products are listed in US sizing, unless otherwise indicated specifically on the product page.

How can I determine my size in Celcius product?
On each of our product pages, there is a section dedicated to this called "Details".

My size isn’t available on your website. Will you restock?
Our products are offered on a first come, first serve basis, and most of our product offerings do not restock.


What payment methods do you accept?

We use a third-party payment gateway (Midtrans). Currently, we accept several payment methods, including bank transfer, credit cards, and selected e-payment options, depending on availability at the time of checkout.

Do you accept international debit or credit cards?

Yes, international debit and credit cards are supported. Please note that acceptance may depend on your card issuer, country, and payment gateway verification.

I got charged but didn’t receive an Order Confirmation email. What’s going on?

If you attempt to place an order with different billing and shipping addresses, our system may redirect you back to the checkout page. In some cases, your bank may place a temporary pre-authorization charge on your account.

Please note:

- Your order is only confirmed once you see an Order Confirmed message and receive a confirmation email.

- If no confirmation is received, the order was not successfully placed.

- Any pre-authorization charge will usually be automatically refunded within 1–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
