Mohammed Ikhlak – Founder & CEO
With over 10 years of immersion in the Food & Beverage industry, my journey began at the heart of operations with one of the largest franchise operators in the MENA region. That experience provided me with a masterclass in scale, quality, and the intricate machinery behind world-class dining.

However, my true passion lay in what comes next. Driven by a desire to break the mold, I transitioned from managing global standards to setting new ones. I launched my own brand to bridge the gap between tradition and innovation—introducing a fresh concept and a unique food experience designed specifically for a modern, discerning audience.
