For cosmetics, procedures (including biopsies, excisions, Mohs surgery), patch testing, wound checks/suture removals, and any other visit reasons not shown in the online options, please call our office at (303) 761-0906 to schedule or submit a contact request.

TO BEGIN, please select your preferred location below. 

• Availability:  our schedule is continuously changing so please check back regularly for last-minute openings.  Once you are scheduled, you also will be enrolled in our automated waitlist, which may notify you via text of sooner appointment times.  
• If it has been 3 years or more since your last visit please classify yourself as a New Patient.
• Insurance:  please be very careful when entering insurance information (if applicable).  If your insurance information is entered incorrectly, we will notify you but if it cannot be corrected within the same business day of notifying you of the error, your appointment will be cancelled.  As a courtesy, our office will verify your insurance network, eligibility, and benefits prior to your scheduled appointment; however, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm that your coverage is active and in-network and that services provided by our office are covered by your insurance plan.
