As a consulting business, we offer 2 signature online programs: The Architect’s Counsel Program, and The Universal Design Program. The former is for the architect to rediscover their sense of self and achieve a work-life balance for the architect focusing on the signature program employing three pillars: 1. Visualization and vision focused; 2. Creative expressions & intuition and; 3. The Tempo of Daily Life & Finding Your Rhythm. The latter is for obtaining knowledge and skills on disability awareness, understanding barriers, access auditing, universal, design, and sensory design.
We also offer face-to-face and onsite consultations with government agencies, property developers, non-government agencies, and individuals. We provide services (access audits, design for accessibility, and universal design for all). Our clients list included: governmental agencies and institutions; civil society organizations; and corporations that want to comply with international and national standards and provide accessible and user-friendly facilities for employees and customers who are disabled persons and older persons. We are also developing a unique ecosystem for home modifications and low / zero carbon waste projects in neighbourhoods with Greensteps Malaysia.
Backstory
The built environment is currently designed and constructed to exclude the meaningful participation of many groups of people. ZaSve UD believes that the way forward is to equip all stakeholders in the planning, designing, building, and living processes with universal design knowledge to reduce systemic discrimination and give better opportunities for all people.
‘Za Sve’ means ‘For All’ in Slovakian languages.
As a registered business with a strong network of experts in architecture and design focusing on disability and universal design. Formerly, a business pod @ UM Innovations Sdn. Bhd. at the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, the main idea was to develop and commercialize universal design services and products for older and disabled persons’ needs in homes. However, continuing professional development (CPD) is crucial to assist architects, designers, builders, and property developers to assist their clients and give essential value to their services, hence we can provide services to train architects, designers, builders/contractors, and property developers.
