I. REFUND
- The store delivers its products without defects.
- Any technical problems, irregularities in the operation of the store or purchased products should be reported using the contact form at https://dj-extensions.com/my-account/submit-a-ticket or by email at
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - Reports can be sent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but will be considered during the Store's office hours, i.e., from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on business days.
- If the purchased product does not work as described, the Customer should download the package again by logging into their Customer Account and selecting the product to download from the list of purchased products.
- If re-downloading the product does not solve the problem, it should be reported in the manner specified in point 2.
- The error will be checked by the Store's service department. In order to verify and repair the error, the Customer should provide access to their website, in particular, to the Joomla! Administration panel, FTP access, database access, or access to the control panel (CPanel) of their hosting account. The Customer should also provide access to the server.
- After providing access as described in point 7, the error will be corrected, or the service department will send recommendations regarding the actions required on the part of the Customer or server administrator to remove the error.
- If the product still does not work properly after re-downloading, the Customer's IT system, including computer hardware and software, meets all the requirements for working with Joomla! or WordPress listed in point II.3 and listed in the product description, and the service procedure described in points 2-8 of this section has not removed the error, the purchase price will be refunded in accordance with the rules described in section X of these terms and conditions.
II. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT / CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
- A Customer who is a Consumer who has purchased a product, except in the situations provided for in point 3, has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in the Store within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. In order to exercise the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract, a statement must be sent.
- The statement of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted in any possible way so that the Store can familiarize itself with its content. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - The Customer shall not have the right to cancel the order and withdraw from the contract if the download of the purchased product has commenced with the Customer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the Store has informed the Customer about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
- In the event of cancellation of the order and withdrawal from the contract before the download of the purchased product has begun, if the withdrawal took place within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Store will refund the funds paid in accordance with the rules described in section X. REFUND.
III. REFUND OF PAYMENTS DUE
- A refund for a purchased product will be issued if one of the following reasons applies:
- Cancellation of an order and withdrawal from the contract by the Customer in accordance with the rules described in section IX. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
- Acceptance of a complaint in accordance with the complaint procedure and the inability to repair the damaged product or replace it with a new one. - The refund will be made no later than within 14 calendar days in the same manner as the payment for the product was made: if the payment was made via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account; if the payment was made by bank transfer or via the przelewy24 service, the amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.
- The store is not responsible for the lack of a refund or its delay if it was the result of the Customer providing incorrect personal data or bank account number.
IV. POSSIBLE REASONS FOR REFUSAL OF REFUND
DJ-Extensions reserves the right to refuse a refund if any attempts to abuse the refund policy are detected.
- No refunds will be given after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The refund amount is equal to the amount paid for the product.
- Refunds do not apply to product renewals.
- Refunds only apply to payments made using the payment system on the dj-extensions.com website.
- Refunds are not available for installation services (nor for product returns and installation fees).
- Refunds will be rejected in cases of abuse, with an unnaturally high number of product downloads within 14 days. If the customer continues to purchase products and requests a refund each time, then they re-register using different user data and repeat the process. Customers who purchase all templates in a package, then download multiple products and request a refund, will also NOT be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds do not apply if the customer claims that the reason for their request is a problem with the product but refuses to seek assistance.
- Refunds do not apply to custom services such as demo installation or product customization that have already been performed and accepted.
- Refunds do not apply to hosting services and domain purchases.
