Edythe Beckles is a nurse, Life Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, and TRX trainer specializing in midlife health and hormone support.
After rising to the C-suite, she experienced the impact of chronic stress—burnout, weight gain, and disconnection from her body. Following her divorce, she shifted her focus to rebuilding her health from the inside out.
Edythe is also a product of her own work. After years of fad diets and weight struggles, she found lasting results by listening to her body and aligning the core pillars: strength training, hormone support, nervous system regulation, and consistency.
Today, she helps women stabilize hormones, build muscle, and create sustainable routines that support long-term health—not short-term fixes.
