PROG MAGAZINE (UK)
"The Secret Destination You Are Looking For" is easily Edenya's crowning achievement so far.
THE PROGRESSIVE ASPECT (UK)
"The Secret Destination You Are Looking For" builds on the band’s signature blend of acoustic textures, ethereal vocals, and emotionally resonant arrangements. Another absorbing release from Edenya and one that will continue to see them making waves across the progressive music community, and for good reason. "
PROGWERELD (NL)
With "The Secret Destination You Are Looking For," Edenya takes a significant step forward in my opinion. After the beautiful, tranquil music, there's now an album where fairytale tranquility blends with an organic, rocking band sound. Beautiful album !
PAVILLON 666 (FRANCE)
"Cet album est tout simplement beau, léger et magique à la fois, parfois envoûtant, souvent enivrant, nous ravissant de mélodies simples et douces et immergeant nos sens et nos esprits dans une pureté musicale bienfaisante." "Un coup de maître."
PROG ETPLUS (FRANCE)
Un disque qui, par son élégance et sa profondeur, laisse une empreinte durable bien au-delà de sa dernière note.
HOUSE OF PROG (USA)
Definitly a top 10 contender for album of the year, that needs to be heard by all.
PROGRESSIVE ROCK CENTRAL (USA)
Edenya has returned; changed, challenged, and prepared to offer you: “The Secret Destination You Are Looking For”; which is one of the best progressive rock albums of 2025 ! I am talking top 5 albums, here probably.
MUSIKA (BEL)
The Secret Destination You Are Looking For" is the band's third album and a highly successful combination of folk and progressive rock. We hear beautiful prog songs with somewhat heavy guitar work, such as the rhythmic "The Outing," "Foreign Ground" with its somewhat driving riffs, and "My Burden," where the two styles are beautifully combined.
LAZLAND (UK)
The third album from French act, Edenya, delivers. The Secret Destination You Are Looking For is just that, something delightful you have searched for in our musical world. I make no excuse whatsoever for singling out at the top of this review an extraordinary performance and voice of Ingrid Denis, a startlingly talented candidate for my “find of 2025” award on this website, because this delightful album is my introduction to the band.

I am really enjoying the new Magenta album it is definitely a 5 out 5 album with all tracks being stellar. My first impression was how much it reminded me of Renaissance and sure enough upon reading Robert Reeds note on Bandcamp he details his fondness of Renaissance. maddog11

How do you call a rock opera without rock instruments? "Just" an opera? Whatever you call it, this is a beautiful piece of music and storytelling! Congratulations! dancrespo

I am blown away by this record! I’ve been following BBT for some time now but I’ve never heard anything the likes of this. It made an immediate imprint on my list of favorite records. I can’t stop playing it!! I detect a slight Tommy Shaw vocal style which I love because he’s one of my favs. I have many favorite tracks on this one so choosing one would be like picking a favorite kid over another of my children. It just can’t be done… LISTEN… You nailed it with this record start to finish! gfarney
