Perfect for first-time customers. Get a variety of our flavors, ready to bake fresh at home.
 

Half Dozen Box - $30
A quick, fresh, and easy option for breakfast, lunch or dinner, to share. 
 

Full Dozen Box- $55
Great for simple family breakfasts, easy dinners, meal prep, or stocking the freezer for the week.
 

Two Dozen Box - $88
Best for larger families, small gatherings, small events, or anyone who wants fresh empanadas ready to bake and enjoy.

Beef (BF): Savory seasoned beef with tender potatoes, bell peppers, green olives, garlic, onions, warm spices, and a touch of lemon juice.

Chicken Pot Pie (CH): Tender chicken with seasoned potatoes, peas, carrots, garlic, onions, comforting pot pie-style seasoning, and a touch of lemon juice.

Ham & Cheese (HC): Shredded ham with a melty blend of jack and cheddar cheese and spices

Pepperoni Pizza (PP): Sliced pepperoni with hearty marinara, a melty blend of jack, cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella-style with pizza seasonings 

Four Cheese Pizza (CP): Hearty marinara with a melty blend of mozzarella, cheddar, jack, and parmesan cheeses with pizza seasonings. 

Spinach, Potato & 3Three Cheese (SP): Sautéed spinach, garlic, onions, seasoned potatoes, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, spices, and a touch of lemon juice. (Vegetarian)


Breakfast (BF): Fluffy scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, seasoned potatoes, melted cheese, savory breakfast spices.


Biscuits & Gravy (BG): Breakfast sausage with creamy country-style gravy, homestyle rosemary potatoes, and savory spices.

Sweet

Peach Cobbler (PC): Juicy peaches in a homemade spiced cobbler sauce.

Nutella & Banana (NB): Creamy Nutella with ripe bananas wrapped.
 

 

Preorder & Payment

Fold & Bake is a weekly preorder-based empanada business.

Preorders open every Sunday and close every Wednesday at 8 PM, or earlier if we reach our weekly batch limit.

All orders are made in small batches and must be paid in advance to reserve your spot.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed. (Local delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee)
