Why take a class?
When the Apostle Peter declared the truth that Jesus was the Messiah in Matthew 16, Jesus proclaimed that “on this rock” he would build his church. Every believer requires a solid foundation (a solid rock) for their growth in “the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). To equip our people in internalizing their faith and relating it practically to daily life, Foothill offers four pillar classes that we believe are foundational for the believer’s faith.
