Bellowhead

Bellowhead was an English contemporary folk band led by lead singer Jon Boden. The eleven-piece act played traditional dance tunes, folk songs, and shanties, with their arrangements drawing inspiration from a wide array of musical styles and influences. The band included percussion and a four-piece brass section, and was known for its energetic live performances. The band members played more than twenty different instruments between them.

Following the departure of their lead singer, the band decided to part ways after playing a final gig at Oxford Town Hall on 1 May 2016.
