In 1996, Skillet released their debut album. Now 20 years later, the group is still going strong and have come out with their newest project, Unleashed. In their 10th studio album, though the lyrics are still not overtly direct in their meaning, you can definitely see their religious overtone while also able to be applied to general events, such as relationships and overcoming obstacles.
