Security vulnerability in ``path-to-regexp`` lib

As per the national vulnerability database path-to-regexp needs to be upgraded from version 0.1.7 to 0.1.10. Therefore, the root dependency which is express@4.19.2 needs to be upgraded. This can only happen if its root dependency express-promise-router@4.1.1 is upgraded.

Looks like express bumped their version of path--to-regexp to 0.1.12. expressjs/express#6209 on December 5th which corresponds to the release of express 4.12.2 on December 5th.

Consider opening a PR on autorest.testserver to bump the dependency on express to 4.12.2?
