Problem
When selecting Telugu (te) as the display language on openlibrary.org,
several UI elements remain untranslated and appear in English.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
All UI text should appear in Telugu.
Actual Behavior
Several sections still show in English.

I'd like to add the missing strings to
openlibrary/i18n/te/messages.poand submit a PR for this.
