Add links to bulk search from search dropdown, search toolbar

Currently, Bulk Search is not linked from any other part of the site. This should be rectified.

Instead we can link to the bulk search from the advanced search page. That would make it findable but still pretty tucked away. This way it doesn’t languish too much or attract too much attention to scrutinize but will be there for power users.

We should put the link with the text: "Bulk Search (beta)"
