Description
This PR reverts #56684 and #56807 to resolve a breaking change introduced to the
secure_url()helper.Previously, when passing
nullas the path, users were able to call methods on the underlyingUrlGeneratorinstance. After these changes, the following error occurs:Reverting ensures consistent behavior, since
secure_url()should behave the same asurl(), with the only difference being that it generates secure (HTTPS) URLs.
