Pull Request Overview
This PR enhances the documentation build workflow to support CUDA features and adds manual deployment capabilities. The workflow is updated to build documentation with CUDA features enabled and allows for manual triggering with custom tag names for S3 deployment.
- Switches from pull request triggers to manual workflow dispatch with tag input
- Changes the runner from ARM64 CPU to GPU-enabled runner with NVIDIA support
