I help marketing agencies and teams turn their Figma designs into live & interactive WordPress websites.
I'm László Papp, a freelance front-end developer focusing mainly on low-code solutions in WordPress. I'm based in Hungary, and in the past few years, I've been working completely remotely.
My journey in web development started back in 2017 when I designed and developed my very first personal website. Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous companies across various industries, including cosmetics, consulting, renewable energy, and construction, to boost their online engagement and attract more clients.
Today, I collaborate with marketing agencies and teams, as well as fellow freelancers, to contribute to their exciting projects.
Laszlo is a highly competent professional developer with a talent for problem solving and client management. He made suggestions for development of our website which suited our brief, priorities, and budget. Laszlo worked very well with our internal Marketing & Communications team across all disciplines.

I liked that we could work together easily. We were able to quickly and successfully discuss any arising questions every time. Following this, things happened immediately according to what was agreed upon, which was a real relief.

I had a pretty strong idea of what I wanted, but then I let myself be convinced about quite a few things. I made the right decision because our website turned out better than I thought. It’s worth listening to the expert and not trying to be clever.

Project Background: As PEAK Wind continued to grow, it became clear that their website needed a makeover. Their internal team had already begun planning the new website, focusing on improving both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. When the pieces of the puzzle started falling into place, they sought someone to develop…

Bence, owner of Global Courier, has been independently engaged in urgent international shipping for seven years. Two years ago, he established his own company, Fly Global 24 Ltd, with the strategic intent of targeting an untapped market segment.
The On Board Courier (OBC) service primarily appeals to various B2B entities such as the automotive industry, finance, telecommunications, etc. It presents a compelling opportunity for these sectors to rapidly and securely transport specific products – such as components, prototypes, and specialized tools – from one global location to another.
A fundamental principle dictates that where there is demand, supply will eventually emerge. In recent years, a novel target demographic has surfaced, one that also stands to benefit significantly from the OBC service – individual consumers.
Recognizing this emerging opportunity, Bence sought to extend his services to cater to this new market segment. Fully aware that contemporary individuals often seek solutions to their queries and problems online, he approached my team, seeking our assistance and expertise.

When I first talked to Anikó, the CEO and owner of Agrolabor Ltd. she was a little bit skeptical about her new website project because quote: “This isn’t an exciting field /sexy business/ that you could present with pretty images”.
But we all know that excitement is a matter of imagination. 😁 So we did a few strategy sessions, where we came to the conclusion that we’ll have to create a structure for the new website identical to an e-commerce website. Why? Because no one had such a thing in this space before, why not be the first?
So besides creating a whole new design and structure for the website, we also integrated it with WooCommerce so visitors could get a quote by adding the items they need in the “cart”.
Unfortunately, the website didn’t have any analytics tools before the redesign, so we couldn’t track the changes in conversion rates, but Anikó’s immensely happy with the results. Online sales and leads grew to a number they haven’t seen before.

Ádám, the company’s CEO reached out to me because he felt that their website was out of date and was no longer capable of achieving the goals they had in mind. He told me that he would like “some renewal”, but after we dug ourselves deeper into the problems we recognized that there is more to be done than merely “renewing” the site.
We built a brand new website from scratch.
The final product: a fresh look, some added pages (like Partner Programme, Production), a new blog, and a brand new sales copy in Hungarian – also translated into English.

With Ági, the brand’s founder and CEO, we have quite a long relationship now. Because of the complexity of her beauty services we had to create different websites for these different services.
One is for her cosmetics services (this was the first project we did in 2020), one for PMU – permanent makeup – services (a year later), and one for her professional laser hair removal services (May, 2022).
The first two websites were pure redesigns, but the last one was also a whole new concept. Previously she had only a one-pager for the laser hair removal services, but as the number of competitors started to grow, she realized she will need a much stronger presence.
Therefore we created a new website from scratch, but a much more complex one this time. The site reflects professionalism and luxury, it has a blog and a lot of information with crosslinks for SEO.
The end result: Ági had to shut the Google Ads campaigns down for a while because she and her team couldn’t keep up with the number of new guests.

Transforming your Figma designs into pixel-perfect websites, whether it’s the entire site or specific sections: ensuring your vision comes to life.
Modern web development couldn’t be imagined without the HTML, CSS and JS trio – or in the case of WordPress, jQuery as well.
Using only the best and most necessary plugins to ensure flexibility and be able to build almost any type of website or online store.
When a site builder falls short, I use PHP and leverage WordPress's built-in functions to create custom elements and templates that wouldn't be achievable otherwise.
To optimize efficiency and enhance productivity, I consistently leverage industry-leading AI tools such as ChatGPT and Github Copilot to assist me in my projects.
Feel free to reach out! I’m open to freelance projects and also remote positions.
