As a community based organisation working across Melbourne’s inner-east, we aim to educate, advocate and bring people together. We inform the community, create the momentum for change and influence Australian decision makers to take the action necessary to halt global warming as a matter of urgency.

Protecting Victoria’s Forests

Victorians love their forests. And for good reason - the role of forests in storing carbon and supporting biodiversity is undisputed. But climate change, invasive species and disturbance threaten them more each year.

So, many celebrated when Victoria's state government declared an end to native forest logging in 2024. However, since then, threats to these precious ecosystems have continued - through harmful fire and landscape management practices, weak environmental protection laws, insufficient public funding and inadequate independent oversight.

Winter Warmer Dinner

Join us at the Tandoori Den restaurant for an evening of delicious food, great conversation and a bit of politics. In this time of chaotic politics and scary polling, we're feeling the need for more connection with climate concerned people and we hope you are too.
