🚌 Made it all the way to the Spanish border. Exhausted. The first half of the trip is fairly painless, on the highway. Then we get to the mountains. There’s a reason it’s called “Trás-os-Montes”, of course. Three hours of up/down/left/right.
😢 My Leica LUX subscription expires today. It was a fun year.

🪫 Lucky me, we’re travelling in an older bus, no plugs to keep the phone charged. Good thing I have two powerbanks with me, as this is always a video-heavy ride.
😳 Made it on time to the bus station, now wondering what was left behind.

🧳 I still have to pack everything for the trip tomorrow. Also need to visit my barber buddy, and do some laundry. Pretty busy day.
Vandalism-wise, I’ll pack lightly. I’ll be working, with little time for extra curricular activities, and it’s the worst place on earth for my stuff. It’s too obvious who’s leaving those tags behind. The place is just too small.
🏖️ Waking up to a rain warning. That’s great! Hot, humid, and now also rain? Awesome. Over 30C, and raining. I guess we finally got that monsoon we wanted for Christmas!
