Programmes

Our Programmes

At Media Health & Rights Initiative of Nigeria (MHR), our work is driven by a deep commitment to transforming lives and communities through strategic interventions in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), Advocacy, Gender Equality, Health Justice, and Mental Health & Psychosocial Support. We design and implement community-led projects that empower marginalised populations to claim their rights, challenge harmful societal norms, and access essential health services. By leveraging innovative digital communications, capacity-building initiatives, and robust policy advocacy, we create safe spaces for open dialogue and empower individuals to drive sustainable social change.
