Teen Room
We are excited about our upcoming Teen Room. The room will be a space for our teen patrons to hang out, do homework, study, and more. All we need now to make this possible is support from the community. The library is looking for additional funds to ensure we can create a meaningful and welcoming environment for the teens of Plainfield.
Are my donations to the Plainfield Public Library tax deductible?
Yes! Donations to the Plainfield Public Library are tax deductible. While the Plainfield Public Library is not a 501(c) (3), per the IRS, as a governmental entity/subdivision/instrumentality, donations are still tax deductible www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p526.pdf.
