Owner/Operator Pass

Reserved for qualified real estate owners and operators, this complimentary pass unlocks access to RETCON 2027’s industry-leading education, curated networking, and innovative solutions driving real estate forward.
To qualify for a complimentary Owner/Operator pass, you’ll need to apply and meet ALL of the following criteria: Work at an organization that owns, manages, invests in, or has developed $250M+ in real estate assets. Hold a senior-level role or a position focused on operations, innovation, or technology strategy. Have no sales interest in our audience (and do not represent a company that provides products or services to them). Be actively exploring new technology solutions, partnerships, or innovations for your business. Deadline to apply is December 1st, 2026. After December 1st, 2026 Owner/Operator passes will be paid and not complimentary.
Startup Companies Pass

Created for early-stage real estate and PropTech companies with less than $3M in funding or under three years in business. This pass is offered at a special rate and provides full access to RETCON 2027, including sessions, networking, and the expo hall, to help emerging companies learn, connect, and grow. Non-Profit, Government & Academic Pass

The Non-Profit, Government & Academic Pass is designed for professionals working within government agencies, non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and the military community, including active duty service members and veterans who have served within the past 10 years. This specially priced pass provides full access to RETCON 2027, including conference sessions, networking experiences, and the expo hall. Attendees must present a valid government, academic, non-profit, or military ID at badge pickup to confirm eligibility. Prices will increase on Friday, August 28th, 2026 at 11:59PM EST.

Applicants must meet RETCON’s media qualification criteria, including established publication credentials, meaningful audience engagement, or a proven track record of producing real estate, technology, business, or industry-focused content. Applications from individuals seeking complimentary access without a clear media, editorial, or audience development purpose will not be approved.
