Your mind keeps going.
Your body struggles to switch off.
And even when there’s nothing demanding your attention, it can still feel like you’re carrying a constant pressure.

Whether you’re navigating this personally or supporting others through your work, understanding safety, stress, and the body’s responses can change the way you experience life, relationships, and business.

At Roots & Rituals, I support both individuals and wellness professionals through education, resources, and nervous system-informed approaches that prioritise safety, awareness, and sustainability.

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I believe the path to feeling at ease in your body doesn’t have to be a race.

With a background in somatic education and a passion for helping people find more ease in their lives and work, I bring together nervous system awareness, practical education, and real-world experience.

My work is body-first and grounded in lived experience. Not something to push through, but something to move through at a pace your system can actually sustain.

Through education, reflection, and practical tools, I support you in making sense of what’s happening, while your body sets the pace.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself.
