Samuel Olufemi Olanrewaju is a seasoned Civil Construction Engineer and strategic leader with over two decades of experience spanning real estate, telecommunications, and oil & gas infrastructure. Holding dual Master's degrees from the University of Lagos and certified as an ISO Lead Auditor across multiple management systems, he brings both academic rigour and proven field expertise to his role as General Manager at RPDC Limited. At RPDC, he drives the planning, technical development, and delivery of landmark construction projects, combining global best-practice standards with a sharp focus on risk mitigation, cost control, and client satisfaction. His mandate is to position RPDC as a transformative force in Nigeria's real estate sector, building smarter, more sustainable, future-ready cities.

Close to 36 years of continuous experience in the field of physical projects management, which include project conception and management – especially new projects - estate development and maintenance of estates and facilities.

Joined the Lagos State Civil Service as civil engineer, project engineer and project manager on Lagos Solid Waste Project financed by the World Bank – Lagos State Waste Management Authority (1986 – 1994)

In Jan. 1995 my public service was transferred to Lagos State Water Corporation as Manager (Engineering) to establish the Estate Division of the Corporation (1995), Project Manager – Water House (Corporate Headquarters and zonal & area offices (11 nos.), Asst. Production Manager (Iju Water Works) 1999, Production Manager (Iju Water Works) 2000, Adiyan Water Works 2000 – Aug. 2002

In Sept. 2002 joined Gatewaybank plc., as the Property Manager – Aug. 2002 – Oct. 2003, and seconded to the bank’s subsidiary – Partnership Savings & Loans Limited as Head of Property Department, which later became Intercontinental Homes plc, now Trustbond Mortgage Bank.

In Dec. 2006 moved to Jubilee-Life Savings & Loans Limited (now Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank Limited) as Head, Property Department resigned as the General Manager (Mortgage Division), in March 2018. Presently in RPDC Limited as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer since April 2018.

He started his work career from Cooperative Bank Plc (Skye Bank Plc), where he left as an Assistant Manager.

He later moved to the mortgage industry as Head of Treasury Department in Home Foundation Savings & Loans Limited. His job schedule later changed as he became a Branch Manager, Head Office Branch. He was later made the Head of Accounts and Inspection.

He went back into commercial banking by joining Owena Bank Plc (Omega Bank Plc) as a Business Development Manager, managing the biggest branch of the Bank in Allen Avenue, Ikeja.

While in Omega Bank, he packaged and managed accounts, including credit facilities of core multi-nationals. He was a member of the Lagos Network Management, a body which managed Lagos, Oyo, Ogun and Ondo States in Nigeria.

He was employed in March 2019 as Head, Finance & Business Strategy with RPDC Limited.

Education & Memberships: Diploma in Banking & Finance in 1982; BSc (Hons) in Banking & Finance; Master in Business Administration (MBA); Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; Project Management Training – December, 2020.

The experience gathered from the above sectors couple with strong academic background has strengthen my skills and knowledge in financial reporting and analysis, risk based internal audit and control, tax practice and advisory services, treasury management, business process review, strategic financial planning and control, budget planning, compliance reporting, relationship management, business operations and IT service management.

These skills have activated drive for business visions and objectives optimally with commendable success and landmark business improvement.

Later joined Jubilee-Life Mortgage Bank in 2007 as the Head of Operations, and resigned Feb.2017.

Now works for RPDC Limited as the Admin/Accounts Manager.
