Note: These FAQ are regularly updated. Please check them again shortly before the festival.

General Information
What camping areas are available?

There are two areas:

  • THE CORE Camp (VIP & priority access) Opening: Tuesday, July 7th from 6:00 PM
  • ECHO Camp (standard camping) Opening: Wednesday, July 8th from 6:00 PM

Please do not arrive before the official opening times.

Arrival & Setup
When can I arrive?
  • Core: from Tuesday, 6:00 PM
  • Echo: from Wednesday, 6:00 PM
Can I choose my own camping spot?

No. Spaces are assigned by the camping team. Please follow the instructions of the staff.

Access & Vehicles

Following staff instructions, vehicles must be parked in the nearby parking lot.

When is vehicle access to the campsite allowed?

Access is only permitted between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Can I leave the site with my vehicle?

During ongoing camping operations, leaving the site with vehicles is only allowed in emergencies.

Departure / Check-Out
By when do I need to check out?

Check-out must be completed by Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) at the latest.

Please leave the site on time and allow enough time for dismantling your camp.

Access & Security
Who is allowed to enter the campsite?

Access is only granted with a valid camping ticket.

How is access controlled?

Access is controlled via camping wristbands to ensure safety on the site.

Is staff on-site?
  • Camping staff are present at all times
  • Regular security patrols take place at night
On-Site Services
Is breakfast available?

Yes. Breakfast, including coffee, is offered in the morning at the check-in area.

Are there water stations?

Yes. Water is available at the sanitary facilities.

Are there shopping options?

Yes. A camp store (Marketender shop) for drinks is available on-site.

Quiet Hours & Behavior
Are there quiet hours?

Yes: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Please respect them for a relaxed atmosphere.

General rules?
  • Be considerate of other campers
  • Avoid excessive noise
  • No harassment
Fire & Grilling
Is open fire allowed?

No, open fires are strictly prohibited.

Is grilling allowed?

Yes, but only with closed gas grills.

Electricity & Generators
Are generators allowed?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Only CE-certified, enclosed devices
  • Maximum noise level: 60 dB
  • Operation only from 06:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Minimum distance: 3 meters
  • No storage of gasoline in the camping area

Safety is the top priority. Violations may result in expulsion.

Waste & Cleanliness
How does the waste system work?
  • On request, each person receives a trash bag upon arrival
  • Use it during the festival
  • Return it on Sunday at the check-out / check-in-out area

The goal is a clean Holy Campground of Heavy Metal.

What is expected?
  • Leave your spot clean
  • Avoid unnecessary waste
  • Respect your neighbors
Sanitary Facilities
  • Please leave them clean
  • Water points are located at the sanitary facilities
  • Disposal of chemical toilets is not possible on-site
Pets
Are pets allowed?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • Must be kept on a leash
  • Liability insurance proof required
  • No access to the festival grounds
  • Listed (restricted) dog breeds are not allowed
Safety & Emergencies
What should I do in an emergency?
  • Contact staff or crew immediately
  • Emergency number: 110
  • Emergency access routes must always be kept clear
