Housing Statistics – May 2026 May 2026 was a Seller’s market. The number of for sale listings was down 4.7 percent from one year earlier and up 10.4 percent from the previous month. The number of sold listings decreased 2.2 percent year over year and decreased 9.1 percent month over month.
