My name is Shaeanne Karschner. I am a Jesus follower, wife, step-mom, dog-mom, and a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach.

I am passionate about helping people find the health that God intended through food and physical fitness. I truly believe that food is our first line of defense in health. I love working with busy people because I can relate and I want to share the strategies I have found to balance life and personal well-being. I have been on my own fitness journey for just over two years. Prior to that I was eating mainly ‘food like substances’ and sitting in front of a computer or TV most of the day. I found the FASTer Way and have not looked back.

My mission is to equip you with cutting-edge health, fitness, and nutrition strategies you can use for a lifetime to transform and become a healthier, happier, and more alive version of yourself.
