Our team of experienced professionals include an NMC registered nurse specialist with 20 years in the medical field, and fully qualified phlebotomists who are all committed to providing the highest standard of care during your blood collection.
Our partner team of physicians are made up of some of the best in the field, including consultant pathologists, microbiologists, biochemists, haematologists and general practitioners, They will analyse your samples, prepare you doctors report, and provide you with clear, medically guided results.

You do not need to fast for most of our tests, although some prefer to have their tests fasted.
Its advise that you do not drink caffeine for 2-3 hours before your test, avoid fatty foods, ensure you are reasonably hydrated and refrain from taking any biotin supplements.
Excessive exercise may affect some markers, especially if you have trained within 48 hours of the blood test.
Once complete your results will be visible in your account under ‘test results’. Results are provided securely through our partners portal.
Most results will be complete in 1-2 working days from receipt at the Lab.
Some special tests may take longer and should be specified within the test description.
If you have any concerns over the completion time of your results please contact us prior to booking.

Yes, of course.
Our partner lab is UKAS accredited and your doctor will be able to use your results to decide if further investigations are needed.
All results include reference ranges to show where your health markers sit. You’ll also receive a personalised doctor’s report from our partner, plus a help guide explaining each marker on your test.
