Whether you’re traveling by coach, train, or public transport, we include all transportation in your school trip package. As a responsible school travel company, we only use safe, reliable, and fully vetted transport providers to ensure smooth, secure logistics during your educational trip.
We offer flexibility on our payment schedules, enabling you to work with your school and parents to find a process that suits you. However, our standard process is to confirm your trip with an initial deposit of 10% of the trip cost. From there, our next deposits are 20% 60 days after initial deposit, 40% 180 days prior to departure, and the remaining 30% 60 days before departure.
