Barbell 101
This class is designed to help you master the seven basic movements of strength-training. The techniques you learn in this class will create a strong foundation for training, group classes, and more.

Tread & Shred
A 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. Alternate your time between treadmill intervals and strength/endurance work on the floor. Love bootcamps? You’ll love this high intensity class.

Spin
This is not your normal Spin class! Sure you will sweat! We take the experience of our Personal Training and put it into our Spin classes. You can expect Variety, Goal Setting and Testing days in these intense classes!

Yoga
Find your center and get a full-body workout in one class. This yoga class uses a flowing sequence of standing and sitting poses that can help you build strength and improve your balance and flexibility. No prior yoga experience is required.

TRX Express
TRX boot camp is designed to challenge your body and to work all your muscles. This class will be indoor and outdoor while using all different kinds of gym equipment, but especially the TRX. All levels are welcome.

HIIT
HIIT is a total body workout that can help you build strength and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Designed to incorporate bursts of intense exercise with short recovery periods, this class is an efficient way to work up a sweat and burn more calories in half the time. If you’re looking to take your fitness performance to the next level, HIIT can help you get there.

UA Total
UA Total is a full body equipment and bodyweight based workout. These workouts are designed to train all the major muscle groups as well as incorporate the right amount of cardio to give you the best bang for your buck.

Tae Bo
Tae Bo Fitness is a total body workout combining self-awareness, martial arts, boxing, and dance!

Bootcamp
These fun, intense classes are designed to give you the butt-kicking workout that is guaranteed to have you conditioned, pumped-up, and ready to tackle any obstacle life throws at you.

Cardio Boxing
Channel your inner Rocky with this class that uses traditional boxing methods to help you grow stronger, improve your coordination, and increase your stamina. A series of punches, jabs, and uppercuts will get your heart rate up, while heavy bag work adds contact and resistance to strengthen your core. This is a full-body workout that can improve your overall fitness.

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga sculpt is a 45-minute full body workout with an optional light and/or heavy set of weights. We will activate every muscle through planks, stability/core work, squats, small cardio bursts and a little yoga to connect our movements. Combining strength, conditioning and a yoga flow, you will leave feeling strong and refreshed!
