RefWorks: Problems installing add-ins

Let RefWorks automatically do your citations and References in your next paper.

Installing Microsoft Word Add-in

The RCM should automatically be included if you are using a University of Tampa office login.

  1. Open Microsoft Word (and open any document),
    NOTE: Do you have RCM in the Word toolbar? You already have RefWorks installed.
  2. (on Windows) File > Account > Get Add-ins and open the Store,
  3. (on Macs) Insert > Get Add-ins
  4. Check MY ADD-INs, STORE and ADMIN MANAGED
  5. Look for RefWorks Citation Manager.
    (The old Refworks - RCM should be deleted)

Office Store Working

 

  1. (on Windows) File > Account > Get Add-ins and open the Store,
  2. (on Macs) Insert > Get Add-ins
  3. Check MY ADD-INs, STORE and ADMIN MANAGED
  4. Look for RefWorks Citation Manager.

RCM Add-in

If you are able to see the store add-ins, search for RefWorks.
