6. Digital Products, Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673).

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear written statement (for example, an email to ellie@wild-operations.com) before the withdrawal period expires.

Digital Content: Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

Our digital products (including PDF guides, video content, templates, files, and bundled digital assets) are supplied as digital content not provided on a tangible medium.

Under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you lose your right of withdrawal once we begin supplying the digital content to you, provided that:

  • you have given your prior, express consent to receive immediate access to the content before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
  • we have provided you with confirmation of this agreement.

At checkout, you are asked to tick a mandatory box confirming the following:

“I agree to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, as a result, I lose my right of withdrawal, in accordance with the regulations applicable to digital content.”

By ticking this box and completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and confirm that you understand and accept the loss of your 14-day withdrawal right from the point access is granted. This is also confirmed on the order confirmation page and in your purchase confirmation email.

This waiver applies only to digital products. It does not affect any statutory rights you have in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods or services, or any other consumer protections under EU or your local law.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Subject to the right of withdrawal above, all downloadable and digital products are sold as final sale and are non-refundable once purchased and, where the waiver has been given, delivered. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.

7. Advertising, Affiliates & Testimonials

We may use affiliate links or sponsored content from time to time. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through certain links, at no additional cost to you.

Testimonials shared on this site reflect genuine experiences, but we cannot guarantee you will achieve the same results.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate and reliable information, but we cannot guarantee the site will always function perfectly or remain error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Operations is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
