The Stage You’re At Defines How We Engage.
Pre-seed founders need different things than Series B teams scaling past 50,000 users. We don’t pitch a one-size offer. Pick your stage the engagement model is built for where you actually are.
Stage 1
Pre-Seed
“I have an idea, some funding, and need to ship an MVP.”
Stage 2
Seed
“I have an MVP, early users, and need real engineering.”
Stage 3
Series A
“We’ve raised and need to scale the product and the team.”
Stage 4
Series B+
“We need to add AI, expand fast, or re-architect for scale.”
We’ve Been in Your Shoes
Four Products We Built and Operate Ourselves.
Most startup-services agencies cannot point to a single product they own. We operate four across LLM platforms, open-source ML, eCommerce AI, and AI-driven hosting. Every conversation about your roadmap is informed by what it actually takes to ship and operate a startup product, because we do it every day.
LLM Platform
AddWeb AI
Customizable AI platform for business workflow automation. Multi-model orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows.
Open-Source ML
La Liga Score Predictor
48-signal CatBoost predictor, open-sourced on Hugging Face and Kaggle, MIT-licensed, actively maintained.
eCommerce AI
EcomSupport360
AI-powered eCommerce automation customer support, order intelligence, churn prediction, content generation.
AI Hosting
WeWP
AI-driven WordPress hosting. Predictive scaling, anomaly detection, automated performance tuning.
Why this matters for founders: When you engage AddWeb, you are working with engineers who have lived through the same product decisions you face pivots, scale problems, AI cost curves, observability gaps, hiring crunches. The patterns we apply to your build are the ones we have learned operating products, not the ones we read about.

The One-Two Combo
Pair Startup Solution with Remote CTO Services.
Many of our founder clients run both at once. Remote CTO Services give you a fractional senior leader for technical strategy, hiring, and roadmap. Startup Solution gives you the engineering bench to ship. Together they are a complete tech-partner package without the burn of a full-time CTO before you need one.
When the combo makes sense
What Founders Actually Hire Us To Build
Eight Startup Engagements We Ship Every Month
Not a “we do everything” page. These are the engagement types where we’ve shipped, scaled, and earned 98% retention.
AI-Native MVPs
LLM orchestration, RAG, custom models, AI agents. Built by the same team that operates AddWeb AI, EcomSupport360, and WeWP. 10-16 weeks typical.
MVP Sprints
Discovery to working MVP in 8-12 weeks. Web or mobile, investor demo polish included, production deploy on day one.
Mobile MVPs
iOS + Android via React Native or Flutter, native where the product demands it. App Store and Play Store submission included.
SaaS Builds
Multi-tenant architectures, Stripe Billing, role-based access, admin tooling. Built to survive Series A diligence and scale through Series B.
Fractional CTO
Strategic tech leadership without the full-time burn. Architecture, hiring, AI roadmap, VC technical due diligence prep.
Dedicated Engineering Teams
2 to 8 engineers embedded into your team. Senior and mid-level only. Your timezone, your Slack, your Linear or Jira, your GitHub.
Series A Diligence-Ready Code
Documentation, test coverage, CI/CD, observability, security scans, architecture decision logs. Code audits as standalone engagements available.
AI Integration (Existing Products)
Add LLM features, embeddings, chat, agents, or automation to an existing product. Production-grade observability from day one.
The Layer Most MVP Shops Skip
Series A Diligence-Ready Code From Day One
When your Series A lead’s technical advisor opens your repo, they are looking for specific things. Most MVP shops ship without any of them and founders find out the night before close. We ship them from week one, because we have prepared founder codebases for diligence dozens of times.
Documentation
Architecture Decision Records
Every significant architecture choice logged with rationale, alternatives considered, and trade-offs documented. Diligence advisors love these.
Tests
80% / 95% Coverage Discipline
80 percent coverage for business logic, 95 percent for payment, auth, and security paths. Coverage reports published in CI, not ginned up before diligence.
CI/CD
Pipelines Diligence Can Inspect
GitHub Actions or GitLab CI from sprint one. Linting, type-checking, security scans, and test runs on every PR. Deploy logs preserved.
Observability
Observability
Sentry or Datadog from launch. SLO dashboards, error budgets tracked. We do not ship products that go dark in production.
Security
OWASP Scans + Dependency Audits
Bandit, Snyk, Dependabot in CI. SOC 2-aligned architecture when the client is heading toward enterprise customers.
IP Hygiene
Clean Ownership Chain
All deliverables assigned to your entity in writing. No open-source license violations. No mystery contributors. Investor-friendly MSA.
The AddWeb Six
Six Commitments That Define How We Work
Most agencies sell you a service. We sell you an outcome. These six commitments are how every founder engagement is structured, measured, and audited internally.
Every build starts with a product strategy review — not a framework pick. We map the business case, user model, and roadmap before we touch code.
Scope is locked in writing. Estimates are line-itemed. Burndown is published weekly. No padded contingencies, no surprise invoices.
A named US point-of-contact for every founder account. A dedicated tech lead, not a rotating bench. 98% retention says it works.
Four AI products in production. G2-recognized. ISO 9001 + 27001 certified. 4.9 Clutch from 74+ verified reviews. Credentials, not claims.
Live access to the codebase, burndown, test coverage report, and Linear or Jira from day one. If we’re behind, you’ll know before we tell you.
Every architecture choice is reviewed for AI-readiness, scale durability, and 3-year maintainability. We build for the round you’ll raise next, not the one you’ve closed.
The Adjacent Capabilities
Everything Your Startup Will Need Next

How We Actually Ship
From Strategy Call to Shipping Product in Five Stages
We publish our methodology and we are audited against it every engagement.
01
Strategy Call
30 minutes with a senior engineer or our CTO. You leave with a written technical perspective on your product, whether or not you hire us.
02
Discovery Sprint
1-2 week paid discovery. Architecture diagram, framework choice, AI approach if applicable, line-itemed estimate, fixed timeline.
03
Build & Review
Two-week sprints. Daily standups. Live codebase access. PR reviews against our published engineering standard. Staging from sprint one.
04
UAT & Hardening
Load testing, OWASP audit, security scan, monitoring dashboards live. UAT with your stakeholders before any production deploy.
05
Launch & Iterate
Zero-downtime cutover. 30-day hypercare. Most clients retain a dedicated team or fractional CTO post-launch for ongoing work.
Practice Lead’s Stance
Why Founders Get Our Senior Leaders, Not a Salesperson
Saurabh leads architecture, AI, and strategic technical decisions across every startup engagement. Ravi runs the full-stack engineering bench the day-to-day delivery muscle. Founders working with AddWeb get both, every engagement.
We don’t compete on agency theater. We compete on the discipline of operators who run startup products of their own.
“Most founders we talk to have already been burned once by an agency that pitched the moon and delivered a Frankenstein, or a freelance team that disappeared before launch. The reason our 98 percent retention number is what it is: we run startup engagements the way we run our own four AI products. Same discipline, same observability, same code quality. Because we know what happens to a startup when the engineering bench cracks the night before a Series A diligence call.“

Questions Every Founder Asks Before Signing
Startup Tech Partner FAQ
Straight answers, not sales pitches. If your question isn’t here, the strategy call is the fastest way to get a written response.
Pre-seed and seed founders shipping their first MVP, Series A teams scaling past the founding-engineer phase, and Series B+ companies adding AI features or re-architecting for scale. We have shipped products for AI-native startups, B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, eCommerce, EdTech, and marketplaces. We do not work with idea-stage founders without funding or technical co-founder direction — the engagement requires someone on your side who can make product calls week-to-week.
Most MVP Sprints run $25,000 to $75,000 for an 8 to 12-week build. AI-native MVPs with LLM orchestration and custom models run $50,000 to $120,000. Dedicated teams start at roughly $8,000 to $14,000 per engineer per month depending on seniority and stack. Fractional CTO engagements run $3,000 to $8,000 per month. We provide a written, line-itemed estimate within 48 hours of a scoping call — no boilerplate ranges, no padded contingencies.
A focused MVP ships in 8 to 12 weeks. An AI-native MVP with LLM features, custom models, or data pipelines runs 10 to 16 weeks. Mobile MVPs (iOS + Android) run 10 to 14 weeks. We commit to a fixed timeline after a 1 to 2-week paid discovery and publish a weekly burndown so you and your investors always know what is at risk.
Yes. Our Fractional CTO engagement covers technical strategy, architecture review, hiring support for your first 1 to 3 engineers, AI roadmap definition, vendor selection, code quality oversight, and Series A diligence preparation. Engagements run 10 to 25 hours per month at $3,000 to $8,000 per month. The Fractional CTO and Startup Solution offerings work together — many of our clients use both, with strategic CTO oversight paired with hands-on engineering delivery.
Yes — this is core work for our team. We have a four-year dedicated AI engineering unit and we operate four production AI products of our own (AddWeb AI for LLM orchestration, La Liga Score Predictor for open-source ML, EcomSupport360 for eCommerce AI, WeWP for AI-driven WordPress hosting). When you hire us to build an AI startup, you are working with engineers who have shipped and operated production AI — for clients and for AddWeb itself. Most competing startup development agencies cannot point to a single AI product they own.
Yes. We ship with documentation, test coverage (80 percent for business logic, 95 percent for payment and security paths), CI/CD pipelines, observability dashboards, security scans, and an architecture decision log from day one. We have prepared founder codebases for Series A and Series B diligence — including remediation work on inherited codebases that previously failed diligence. We can also run a code audit as a standalone engagement before your next round.
We embed 2 to 8 engineers (plus PM, plus tech lead) into your team. Daily standups in your timezone where possible (US/EU overlap available), your Slack, your Linear or Jira, your GitHub. You get senior and mid-level engineers — never juniors as the primary builders. Teams run on 4-week minimum engagements with month-to-month renewal after the first quarter. Many of our startup clients run dedicated teams alongside their in-house team for surge capacity or specialized stacks (AI, mobile, DevOps).
Pivots are expected and built into how we work. Dedicated team engagements have month-to-month flexibility after the first quarter. Fixed-price MVP sprints can pause or re-scope between phases. We have helped founders pivot from B2C to B2B mid-build, swap underlying models when LLM economics changed, and refactor monoliths into services when scale demanded it. Flexibility is not a discount — it is a discipline we maintain through scope-locking, written change orders, and transparent burndown reporting.
You do. Full IP and code ownership transfer to you upon payment, with clear assignment language in our master services agreement. We assign all rights in deliverables, work product, and derivative work. Our standard MSA is investor-friendly and has been reviewed by multiple Series A diligence counsels without amendment. We sign NDAs before discovery if your product requires confidentiality.
We accept a partial-equity model on a case-by-case basis for select pre-seed and seed-stage founders building in our highest-conviction verticals (AI-native products, eCommerce, FinTech). This is not our default engagement model — most clients pay cash. Equity-inclusive deals require a longer discovery, a defined cash-equity blend, and standard Series A diligence-ready vesting and assignment language. Ask during the strategy call if this is relevant.
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, Flutter. Backend: Node.js, Python (Django, FastAPI), Laravel, Go for performance-critical services. AI/ML: PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, fine-tuned open-source models. Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, BigQuery. Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform. We pick by product fit and your team’s ability to maintain it post-engagement — not by what we built last quarter.
Yes — one of our most common engagements. We start with a 1 to 2-week code and architecture audit, deliver a written rescue plan with risk ratings (technical debt, security, test coverage, dependency debt, code quality), and quote a recovery roadmap. We have inherited startup codebases from prior agencies, freelance developers, in-house teams that left, and offshore vendors who underdelivered. Most rescue engagements ship a working version of the product within 8 to 12 weeks of takeover.
Three differences. First, bench depth — we have 160+ engineers, so when your AI engineer is sick or your mobile lead is on leave, your timeline does not slip. Second, full-stack coverage — most boutiques specialize in one layer; we ship architecture, frontend, backend, AI, DevOps, QA, and design from one team. Third, legal entity — we are US-registered (Greenville, SC) with ISO 9001 and 27001 certification. Many startup founders need their dev partner to pass enterprise procurement reviews from their first enterprise customer. We do.
Four ways. First, see the four AI products AddWeb operates in production — AddWeb AI, La Liga Score Predictor, EcomSupport360, and WeWP — most competing startup-services agencies cannot point to a single product they own. Second, read our 74+ verified Clutch reviews. Third, see our G2 recognition (Best Mobile App Development Companies 2026) and DesignRush #1 Greenville ranking. Fourth, book a 30-minute strategy call where a senior engineer or our CTO gives you a free technical perspective on your product, codebase, or MVP scope. Most decisions get made off that call.
