How long does it take to bring an application online?
Just a few minutes. Once your code is pushed (via Git, GitHub/GitLab, or the Clever Tools CLI), the platform automatically configures the runtime environment and makes the application available. You don’t need to install or maintain any servers.
How can I integrate Clever Cloud into my existing CI/CD pipeline?
Integration is possible through our Clever Tools CLI, REST API, and native Terraform support. You can automate deployments directly from your existing tools without major changes to your workflows. Configuration examples are available in our GitLab and GitHub documentation.
What monitoring tools are available natively?
A Grafana dashboard is provided by default. It relies on data sources managed and updated by Clever Cloud. You can track CPU/RAM usage, latency, number of requests, and configure alerts to anticipate issues before they affect your users.
Can I use my own monitoring tools?
Yes. Clever Cloud exposes metrics and logs through its API, allowing you to integrate them into your existing tools (Grafana, ELK, Metabase, etc.). This enables you to centralize Clever Cloud monitoring with that of other environments.
Are logs and metrics available in real time?
Yes. From the moment your application is deployed, Clever Cloud collects its metrics and logs. They are accessible via the console, the CLI, and the included Grafana dashboards. You can also query them through the API to integrate with your CI/CD pipelines or internal tools.
How are my data protected?
Clever Cloud protects you from extraterritorial laws such as FISA or the Cloud Act, thanks to hosting in datacenters located in France. This hosting is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and, for health data, HDS. You also benefit from fine-grained access control (segmentation, logging, granular permissions).

Do you provide advanced identity management (IAM)?
Yes. The platform includes access controls by project and environment. For enhanced needs, a managed Keycloak offer is available through our marketplace.
