Foresteer was developed to solve a global challenge: millions of hectares of barren, dry, or degraded land sit unused with the potential to become productive, biodiverse, and financially sustainable green areas.
Marcelia Al Salam was formed specifically to start, pioneer, experiment with, and develop the first Green Spot in Siwa Oasis, Egypt acting as the local implementation company for the Foresteer concept.
Every Green Spot follows the same structured path from raw land to thriving, self sustaining ecosystem.
Secure suitable land for long term development. Every Green Spot starts with land that can support planting, production, and future growth.
Prepare the land for use. This includes access, leveling, water, irrigation, energy, fencing, storage, and basic infrastructure.
Bring the land to life. Trees, crops, animals, composting, nurseries, and biodiversity systems are introduced and developed.
Start generating income. The Green Spot produces food, trees, seedlings, compost, eco tourism, carbon credits, or other local products and services.
Return the investment and use profit, knowledge, seeds, materials, and experience to strengthen the Green Spot and help start new Green Spots elsewhere. This is how the network grows.
