Executive Coaching for Women

Stepping into a leadership role – and filling it with confidence

Taking on a leadership role for the first time – or moving into a bigger one – is one of the most demanding transitions in a professional life. Suddenly there are people who depend on you, decisions that carry weight, and the quiet question: how do I lead in a way that is both effective and true to myself?

I work with women who are establishing themselves in leadership positions – whether newly appointed, growing into greater responsibility, or shaping their own leadership style.

Typical topics:

  • Finding and developing a leadership style that fits you

  • Establishing yourself in a new role with clarity and authority

  • Leading people, teams, and difficult conversations

  • Making decisions under pressure – and standing by them

  • Staying steady and sustainable in demanding phases

Drawing on more than two decades in senior international roles, I bring not theory but lived experience – combined with a structured, pragmatic approach to the realities of leadership.

How I work

My work ranges from hands-on interim mandates to project support and advisory roles

Typical formats:

  • Interim mandates

  • Project support during transformation phases

  • Strategic advisory roles

  • Support for complex procurement decisions

The focus is always on clear structures, pragmatic solutions, and sustainable decision-making processes.

Publications & Industry Contributions

Featured in BIP – Best in Procurement (BME)

I regularly contribute to BIP – Best in Procurement, the professional journal of the BME (Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik), Germany’s leading association for procurement and supply chain management.

My articles focus on strategic procurement, negotiation competence, organisational change in procurement, and leadership resilience in demanding corporate environments.

Recent publications include:

  • Mentale Stärke in Verhandlungen: Das muss der Einkauf wissen – BIP 1/2026
(Negotiation strategy and mental strength in high-stakes procurement negotiations)

  • Prozessänderungen im EinkaufBIP 3/2025
(Managing change and transformation in procurement organisations)

  • Führungskräfte brauchen Resilienz – BIP 2/2025
(Leadership resilience in complex procurement environments)

A fourth article will be published in July 2026.

These contributions reflect the same hands-on experience I bring to procurement advisory, interim leadership, and executive sparring in international organisations.

Background

I spent over two decades in international organisations

in senior procurement roles – including at Novartis, MorphoSys, and MSD, with European and global responsibility in the pharma industry.

My experience spans indirect procurement, global project environments, and organisational transformation.

This is the foundation of my work at the intersection of procurement, leadership, and structured decision-making.

Having navigated these roles myself, I know first-hand what it takes for a woman to establish herself in leadership – and what it costs.
