At I Am MOORE, we believe transformation happens intentionally. That's why we created The MOORE Framework, a leadership and personal development model designed to help women and girls grow in identity, resilience, purpose, wholeness, and impact. More than a program, the MOORE Framework serves as the foundation for everything we do. It provides a clear pathway for personal growth, leadership development, and community impact while ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission.

A mentorship and leadership development program for teen girls ages 14–18 centered on emotional wellness, confidence-building, identity development, life skills, leadership, and creative media education.
Fill HER Cup
A wellness-centered program creating safe spaces for meaningful conversations surrounding mental wellness, healing, self-care, and personal growth through intentional community gatherings and discussions.
Abide & bloom
An immersive transformational experience that brings the entire MOORE Framework to life through personal development, leadership growth, wellness, community, and purpose-driven action.
LeadHER
A leadership and mentorship program focused on cultivating authentic connection, leadership growth, collaboration, and personal development among women leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging changemakers.

Tiha’s unwavering commitment to providing women with the support, resources, and community they need to blossom in their Christian faith is at the core of I Am Moore. We focus on the WHOLE woman!
Author of "Stuck in The Process," a testament to her journey of faith, Marriage, and Motherhood. As a devoted daughter of God, wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Sheena's passion lies in empowering women to find healing and wholeness. Her love for people and her commitment to seeing them thrive will be invaluable assets as she takes on the role of President on the Board for I Am Moore Women's Ministry.
Proud owner of Crystal Dione Salon & Spa, where she specializes in promoting healthy hair and empowering clients with the knowledge and care needed to maintain strong, vibrant tresses. A committed wife and loving mother, she brings the same level of passion and dedication to every aspect of her life.
As the Vice President of I Am Moore, Crystal has been a devoted team member for over a decade. She plays a crucial role in planning and executing upcoming events while providing strategic guidance on various initiatives.
Ohio native, graduated from Independence High School and earned her degree from Wright State University. She is happily married to her wonderful husband, Shawn, and they currently live in her hometown.
In addition to spending quality time with friends and family, Syreeta is deeply committed to her local church, where she actively participates in the children's ministry and co-leads a small group with her husband.
With a heartfelt dedication to her faith, Syreeta strives each day to embody God's truth. She has a profound passion for young women, from adolescents to adults, and her aspiration is to help them discover their true identity in Christ and embrace the abundant life He offers.
I’m passionate about helping women grow into who God has called them to be. My heart is for His daughters to know they are seen, loved, and created with purpose.
Through creating safe, authentic spaces, I help women show up fully, build trust, and experience real transformation in their hearts and minds.
I’ve walked through seasons of darkness and feeling unseen, but God has transformed my life and He continues to do so. Now, I’m committed to walking alongside women as they step into healing, wholeness, and who they were always meant to be.
A dedicated wife and mother who spent nine years as a stay-at-home mom. I currently
work with children, and am passionate about making a positive impact in their lives. I plan to
begin furthering my education to expand my expertise and enter the healthcare field. I am also passionate about seeing women thrive and walk in the fullness of God. In my free time, I enjoy DIY projects, crafting, science, singing, exploring nature, and savoring new culinary
experiences.
