For more than 35 years ICA (Inter Company Association) is the encompassing association for young professional organisations of 50 top employers in the Netherlands. ICA is the ultimate knowledge and network platform, bringing together the young professionals of the associated young professional organisations in over 40 events per year. With more than 40.000 Young Professionals within its network, ICA is one of a kind.

ICA has the purpose to inspire, connect and develop young professionals while having fun, to develop the future leaders of our affilitated companies. We do this by providing a platform and organising events for our young professionals. These events are mainly hosted at locations of our member organisations and in cooperation with our partners, such as NL2025 and Boertien Vergouwen Overduin.
