After more than fifteen years working as a professional photographer,
becoming a mother, moving across the world and experiencing
profound personal loss, painting became the place where all those
experiences could exist together.
My work explores memory, transformation and the quiet beauty
of change through layers of color,water and texture. Inspired by nature
and the fluidity of life, I create paintings that invite moments
of calm and contemplation.
I am endlessly fascinated by materials and experimentation.
Every painting begins as an exploration rather than a destination,
allowing intuition and observation to shape the final work.
Originally from Chile and now basedin Genoa, Italy,I work as
a contemporary painterand children's book illustrator.
