Mr. Vishnu R. Dusad is one of the key founders of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. and has served as a Director since the company’s inception. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, and has been actively contributing to the growth of the Indian software industry as an entrepreneur since 1983. He was appointed Managing Director of the company in January 1997.
With a strong technology background and over three decades of professional experience in Information Technology solutions for the BFSI sector, Mr. Dusad has played a pivotal role in shaping Nucleus Software. He is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of fellow Nucleites and, through Nucleus, on the world at large. His success in securing global business deals for Nucleus Products is largely attributed to his keen understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
Mr. Dusad’s expertise spans software development, strategic alliances, business development, and strategic planning. He attributes Nucleus’s success to teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to seize opportunities in the marketplace.

Mr. Parag Bhise is the Chief Executive Officer of Nucleus Software. In his most recent role as EVP of Product Engineering, he was responsible for ensuring that Nucleus’s flagship products – FinnOne Neo® and FinnAxia® – are developed using the latest technologies and methodologies.
With three decades of experience, Mr. Bhise combines deep industry expertise with a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. Throughout his career, he has managed various domains, including software development, delivery, quality assurance, IT infrastructure management, and internal systems. His diverse experience enables him to ensure that Nucleus products are of the highest quality, resilient, and future-proof.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning and continuous improvement, he recently completed MIT’s Professional Certificate in Innovation & Technology. This adds to his Master’s degree in Computer Applications from BIT Mesra and his MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Mr. Anurag Mantri began his career with Nucleus Software in 1994 and today leads the company’s Services Business. In addition to providing executive oversight for customer engagements and expanding the business into new geographies, he is responsible for shaping the strategy of the Services Business, with a strong focus on Digital Transformation services. Anurag also leads the SEPG & SQA functions at Nucleus Software.
Throughout his career at Nucleus, Anurag has worked across professional services, sales, and customer service. In addition to managing complex global and regional transformation programs, he has led the Global Customer Care Center of Excellence for Transaction Banking and driven sales for FinnOne Neo® and FinnAxia® in Southeast Asia.
Anurag holds a postgraduate degree in Statistics from the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science Applications (PGDCSA) from BHU.
Anurag strongly believes in the power of technology to drive transformation. He emphasizes that the key to turning vision into reality lies in a combination of domain expertise, business acumen, and a relentless focus on customers.

Dr. Ritika Dusad leads Marketing and Innovation at Nucleus, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and ideation. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and later pursued a PhD in Physics at Cornell University, an Ivy League institution in the USA.
During her PhD, she worked on both theoretical and experimental aspects of magnetism, designing and building a novel cryogenic spectrometer to detect magnetic monopoles. Her exceptional research earned her the prestigious Springer Thesis Award, which recognizes outstanding PhD research for publication in a series that showcases the best doctoral theses worldwide.
Following her PhD, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, managed by UC Berkeley, where she focused on quantum magnetism. As a researcher in Low-Temperature Physics, a predominantly male-dominated field, she spent seven years leading innovation and set a benchmark by publishing her research in the renowned journal Nature.
Dr. Dusad has been actively contributing to board deliberations, emphasizing the significance of diversity and fairness in fostering an environment conducive to world-class research. Her areas of expertise include Governance, Global Business, and Technology. She joined the Nucleus Board in July 2016.

Dr. Apurva Chamaria is the Chief Business Officer at Nucleus Software, responsible for driving global business growth and leading Sales, Account Management, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. In this role, he focuses on strengthening Nucleus Software’s market presence, accelerating go-to-market execution, and building scalable, future-ready growth engines aligned with the company’s long-term global strategy.

With a rich global leadership journey spanning over two decades, Apurva brings deep expertise across Cloud, SaaS, IT, ITES, Consumer, DeepTech, and AI-led businesses. He has worked extensively across India, the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, partnering with enterprises, startups, investors, and ecosystem leaders to build high-impact growth platforms.

Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Apurva served as Global Head of Private Equity, Venture Capital & Startup Partnerships at Google, where he built and scaled strategic ecosystems connecting investors, founders, and portfolio companies worldwide. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Tech Mahindra, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives at a global scale. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer at RateGain, contributing to its international expansion and growth momentum.

Apurva’s career includes senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies, where he was Global Head of Sales & Marketing and Sales Director – HCL America, leading large, complex, multi-region sales operations. He began his global leadership journey at Ranbaxy, serving as Country Manager for Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and Hong Kong, overseeing multi-market operations and expansion.

An accomplished academic and industry leader, Apurva holds a Doctorate from IIT Delhi, an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IMI New Delhi, and has completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

At Nucleus Software, Apurva is passionate about building enduring customer relationships, deepening partner ecosystems, and translating strategy into sustained business outcomes, while enabling teams to scale with speed, clarity, and purpose.

Ashok Kumar Bhura brings over 25 years of experience in finance operations, strategic transformation, and business performance management. As Chief Financial Officer at Nucleus Software, he leads the company’s financial strategy, governance, and sustainable growth initiatives, aligning fiscal discipline with business excellence.
Throughout his career, Ashok has demonstrated deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and process automation. His leadership focuses on translating financial strategy into operational effectiveness and measurable growth.

Before joining Nucleus Software, Ashok served at Bharti Airtel Limited for over 18 years, holding senior roles including Vice President – Head Financial Reporting and Chief Risk Officer, where he strengthened compliance frameworks and enterprise-wide financial controls. Earlier, he held finance leadership roles at Binaykia Group and The Oodlabari Co. Ltd.

A Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Ashok holds a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and completed an Executive Program at IIM Ahmedabad.
Known for his strategic acumen and results-driven leadership, Ashok is committed to driving financial excellence, strong governance, and global growth at Nucleus Software.

Bhavit Godiwala is the Chief Customer Success Officer at Nucleus Software, where he leads the global Customer Success organization for the company’s Digital Lending business. He is responsible for strengthening strategic customer partnerships, accelerating customer value realization, and enabling financial institutions to maximize the impact of their digital lending transformation with FinnOne Neo®.

With nearly three decades of leadership experience in banking technology, Bhavit brings deep expertise in digital lending, core banking, digital banking, payments, cash management, cloud-ready platforms, and enterprise transformation. Throughout his career, he has successfully partnered with leading financial institutions across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, helping them modernize banking operations, improve customer experience, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Bhavit held leadership roles across global banking technology organizations, where he led strategic customer engagements, enterprise transformation programs, and customer success initiatives for leading financial institutions worldwide. Known for his customer-first approach and execution excellence, he has built enduring partnerships with banks by helping them accelerate transformation, maximize technology investments, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Swati Patwardhan brings 19 years of extensive experience in human resources, specializing in organizational development, talent acquisition, and business partnering. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in establishing robust people processes, talent management frameworks, and performance management systems, as well as spearheading talent acquisition initiatives across multiple geographies.
Swati has gained her expertise by working with leading corporate organizations, where she successfully managed diverse HR functions and implemented strategic initiatives that align with business goals. Her expertise in crafting and implementing HR policies has significantly contributed to enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Known for her strategic vision and empathetic leadership, Swati is passionate about creating a supportive and dynamic work environment. She excels in employee relations and in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Swati holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mumbai University. Saurav Kumar Mohanty brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise risk, governance, information security, crisis management, and compliance. As Chief Risk Officer at Nucleus Software, he leads the company’s risk and compliance strategy, focusing on building robust frameworks, enhancing organizational resilience, and driving risk-aware decision-making across global operations.

Saurav has worked with leading organizations including FIS Global, Bharti-AXA General Insurance, and TCS eServe, bringing extensive expertise in managing complex, matrixed environments. He also adds valuable international experience from AXA Singapore, where he successfully navigated multi-country regulatory landscapes and strengthened enterprise risk controls.
An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and LIBA Chennai, Saurav is a certified lead auditor in ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance, quality assurance, and operational governance. His leadership style is characterized by strategic foresight, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on stakeholder confidence and organizational integrity.

Mr. Pradeep Malik has 23 years of experience in financial technology, with a strong blend of IT services and products in the banking and financial services sector. He has been associated with Nucleus Software for over 15 years and is currently responsible for managing and expanding the Digital Services business globally.
In his previous roles at Nucleus Software, Pradeep played a key role in expanding the company’s services footprint across Southeast Asia and Europe, while also enhancing customer experience. He provides strategic direction to existing Digital Services engagements and is responsible for expanding the business into new geographies.
Pradeep has been instrumental in managing complex global and regional digital transformation programs, as well as leading large IT strategic initiatives for various banking clients worldwide. His business acumen and consultative approach have helped build customer confidence and foster long-term partnerships.
Pradeep holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and has obtained a certification in Enterprise Management from IIT Delhi. He brings a unique blend of business acumen, a sharp focus on customer satisfaction, and a problem-solving mindset.
Prior to joining Nucleus Software, Pradeep was associated with First American (I) Corporation (later acquired by Cognizant Technology) and IT startups, where he focused on product development and implementation for various large financial institutions.

Mr. Abhishek Pallav is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in architecting complex enterprise lending platforms. He is known for his passion and purpose-driven approach, combined with a deep understanding of ultra-complex design models, service-oriented architecture, distributed systems, cloud-agnostic SaaS platforms, AI, and machine learning.
Abhishek played a pivotal role in designing and developing the Loan Servicing Module (LMS) for FinnOne Neo®, our flagship enterprise digital lending platform, recognized globally as the leading solution in its category. His expertise has been instrumental in establishing this product as an industry benchmark.
Currently, Abhishek leads the Data Sciences, Build, and Axia verticals, where he drives innovation and leverages advanced technologies to enhance our product offerings. He is widely recognized for his analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and collaborative leadership style. Committed to fostering a data-driven culture, he empowers teams to achieve excellence through data science.
With a strategic vision and strong technical acumen, Abhishek excels at navigating and solving complex challenges, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. Mr. Mukesh drives strategic digital transformation projects for leading banks and financial institutions across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the ANZ region, with a strong focus on accelerated revenue growth through innovation, customer experience, and collaboration.
With decades of product innovation and industry expertise, Mukesh leads strategy, product implementation, and technology innovation, particularly in retail and corporate lending, as well as the credit cards business. In his previous role, he served as the Regional Implementation Head for the FinnOne Neo® digital lending product suite across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, ensuring accelerated value delivery to clients and stakeholders.
Mukesh has extensive experience managing large-scale transformation programs using a system integrator model involving multiple vendors. He is deeply passionate about project, program, and portfolio management and has strong expertise in strategy alignment, risk management, and benefits realization. His unwavering focus on successful product implementation, value delivery, and adherence to SLAs, risk, and compliance standards sets him apart.
Mukesh joined Nucleus Software in March 2005. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Axelos Global Practices-certified Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner.

Based in Singapore, Nilanshuk Haldar leads the global partnerships and alliances function at Nucleus Software, with a mandate to strengthen the company’s partner ecosystem, drive partner-led growth, and accelerate market expansion across regions.

With over two decades of experience across fintech, financial services, and technology, Nilanshuk has built and scaled high-impact partnerships spanning global banks, fintechs, big-tech platforms, and emerging innovators. Prior to joining Nucleus Software, he held senior partnership leadership roles at Backbase, where he played a key role in strengthening regional revenue pipelines, and at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he contributed to driving cloud adoption in financial services across Asia through partner-driven initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Nilanshuk was a founding member of fintech platforms including Mesitis, Canopy, and Bento, helping scale digital wealth and reporting platforms to over USD 5 billion in assets under reporting. He also brings strong consultative experience from Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan, advising senior leadership teams across Asia on corporate finance strategy, growth, and transformation.

A recognised voice in innovation and digital transformation, Nilanshuk has spoken at leading global forums such as the Singapore FinTech Festival, Money20/20 Asia, AWS Summits, and major customer and industry conferences.

Nilanshuk holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. Outside of work, he enjoys football, travel, and discovering new experiences-often over a good cup of coffee.

Ms. Yasmin Javeri Krishan is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Nucleus Software, effective March 19, 2026. She has been associated with the Company as a Non-Executive, Independent Director since July 2020 and has also served on the Board of its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary since 2016, contributing significantly to strengthening governance processes and strategic oversight across the Group.

A rank-holding Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business, New York University, Ms. Krishan brings over two decades of global leadership experience across financial control, treasury, business intelligence, governance, executive search, and strategic advisory.

Her professional journey spans leading organisations including Price Waterhouse (India), American Express across the United States, India, and Korea, and Citibank in Korea. She has also held senior financial leadership roles as Financial Controller of an international educational institution in Saudi Arabia and has managed global education operations from Singapore.

With extensive experience across India, the United States, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, Ms. Krishan brings a strong global perspective, deep financial expertise, and a nuanced understanding of cross-cultural leadership. Mr. Shekar Viswanathan has over four decades of extensive and diverse experience. He retired as the Vice Chairman and Whole-time Director of Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited at the end of 2020.
He joined the Toyota Kirloskar Group in 1999 and served for 22 years across various critical leadership roles. During his tenure, he was a Board Member of all three Toyota Group companies he worked with.
Mr. Viswanathan began his career at Unit Trust of India, later moving to The Chase Manhattan Bank as Second Vice President, where he specialized in trade finance and investment banking products. In this role, he interacted extensively with the Ministry of Finance and several leading public sector undertakings (PSUs).
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Madras and has completed his articleship at Messrs Fraser & Ross and Brakes India Ltd. He is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Prakash Chandra Kandpal has over 36 years of extensive experience with State Bank of India (SBI) and its subsidiaries. He retired as Deputy Managing Director of SBI’s retail business.
Throughout his tenure at SBI, Mr. Kandpal held several key leadership roles, including serving as the Managing Director & CEO of SBI General Insurance. He possesses deep expertise in banking, insurance, and mutual funds and has made significant contributions to the banking and financial services industry. He has led numerous strategic initiatives in investments and governance.
Mr. Kandpal holds an M.A. in Economics from Kumaon University, Nainital, and has completed multiple professional certifications, including an Executive MBA program (curated for SBI) from ISB Hyderabad and the Global Advanced Management Program – AIIMA in collaboration with the University of California, Berkeley, USA.

Dr. Nitin R. Gokarn is a former IAS and IPS officer from Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in public administration and public policy for more than 37 years. He has worked for both the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. He has held many high-level positions, including Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary in important departments like Housing & Urban Planning, Public Works, State Tax, Urban Development, Road Transport & Highways, and others. He has also worked as Joint Secretary for the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as CEO and Project Director for NATRIP under department of Heavy Industries at the central level. He brings rich and diverse experience of governance, infrastructure development, urban planning, transportation, taxation, regulatory frameworks, public-private partnerships, and e-governance. Dr. Gokarn possess multiple educational qualifications including a PhD in Transformational Leadership, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from ICFAI, Hyderabad and Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management from IIM Bangalore with component in Maxwell School of Public Policy, Syracuse, USA.
