Ohio Power Tool is the factory authorized service & warranty center for most premier power tool brands we sell. Our Repair department is the foundation of our business and we take great pride in providing service long after the sale! With over 40 years of experience, we offer unmatched expertice in servicing, testing and rebuilding of your tools to factory specifications using factory parts.

As your trusted partner, Ohio Power Tool believes we should service what we sell. If an item is out of warranty but there's still plenty of life on the tool, we want to repair those for you in-house so that you can get back to work in a timely manner. In necessary situations, we may need to send your tools back to the manufacturer--factory-required recalibration, press tool reset, laser alignments, etc.--but our team is more than happy to make that determination for you and handle it on your behalf. 

Because we know that the job doesn't stop when your tools do, we get you answers as quickly as possible. In most cases, an estimate on costs, time to receive parts, and time to complete repairs will be provided in 4-10 business days. Once approved and a deposit is paid, parts that we don't already have on hand will be ordered so that we can get to work. We partner very closely with our manufacturers to ensure parts are delivered on time, and we will keep you updated if any changes happen along the way.

If needed, Rush Repairs are also available for mission critical items. For Rush Repairs, estimates are to be completed within 1-2 business days, parts are ordered overnighted, and the labor rate is time and half.

SELF SERVICE FACTORY WARRANTY

Two of our largest tool brands are Milwaukee Tool and DeWalt Power Tools. Both brands offer self-service options for you to complete service forms online and ship the tools in yourself. If you're not sure if your items are covered under warranty or if you just prefer to leave it to the pros, please feel free to bring in your items and our team will be happy to help you through the process, including shipping them on your behalf from our store!
