Summer's on!

Monday 13 July marks the start of our summer schedule. 

 

Pole classes will keep going this season, including Beginner levels. Stretching will also keep its usual Friday schedule for most of the summer.

 

Other apparatuses like Silk, Hoop and Hammock will move more toward Open Training format. You can, of course, join these classes if you are a Beginner and want to start. Please check who is teaching the class before booking your spot and see if they can help you with the discipline you want

This new schedule is available until late September - early October, so check it out to find your classes.
