My name is Marcus Veltri and I am a piano beatboxer and entertainer on YouTube. I play piano while beatboxing simultaneously, I write my own music, I make full covers of all types of music, and I film people's reactions to my art form.<br><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>"Why did you make a Patreon? Why do you need money??"<br></strong></div><div style="text-align: center;">When I first created my Patreon page, I was in a position where all of my YouTube videos were fully monetized, and were bringing in ad revenue. But recently in September 2018, the vast majority of my Omegle videos were all hit with numerous copyright claims, which meant those videos were't making any money. After talking to a legal professional, I realized I was in a position where there wasn't anything I could do to get these videos monetized again, unless I just stopped playing copyrighted music. I made the decision that I didn't want to change my content, because covering fun songs like "Faded" by Alan Walker, and "All Star" by Smash Mouth has naturally became a huge part of my brand online, and that is something I refuse to give up, even if I'm not getting paid most of the time. That is why I have finally decided to inform you guys about my Patreon page.<br><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>"What is Patreon anyways?"<br></strong></div><div style="text-align: center;">Think of Patreon as a kick starter for an individual. You pledge a certain amount to fund them as creator, so they can potentially make a full time living off of their art form.<br><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>"So how does this all work?"</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;">I have my Patreon page setup so that I get paid on a monthly basis. So if you pledge $3, you will be donating $3 every month to me, until you cancel. You can pledge as much as you want, and you will be rewarded depending on how much you pledge. You may change your pledge at any time, and you can of course cancel your pledge at any time as well.<br><br></div><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>"I don't have any money available to donate!"</strong></div><div style="text-align: center;">That is <em>completely </em>ok. I totally understand money can be tight, and that not everyone is in a position where they feel comfortable donating money.
