DISCLAIMER / All desk access at R.A.I.D. is subject to specific terms and conditions. Daily Desks are offered on a month-to-month basis and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hot Desks require a minimum three-month commitment, while Dedicated Desks are contracted for a six-month term. Permanent Desk Spaces * are available with a twelve-month agreement, and initial access is limited on a trial basis from to 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.. All desk agreements commence with a three-month trial period, during which overall fit and alignment with the community are assessed. Individuals utilizing any of the above desk options—Daily, Hot, Dedicated, or Permanent—are considered guests of R.A.I.D. As such, R.A.I.D. reserves the right to change, modify, restrict, or terminate access to any of its services at any time, for any reason or no reason. Furthermore, R.A.I.D. may, at its sole discretion and with immediate effect, expel any guest from the premises and/or suspend or revoke guest privileges without obligation to provide a reason.
