Meet the team dedicated to helping TCL students succeed every step of the way. 🎓
At Technical College of the Lowcountry, our Financial Aid team does more than help students navigate the financial aid process. They create opportunities that change lives.
Through the Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program, students gain more than financial assistance. They build confidence, develop professional skills, earn valuable work experience, and become an integral part of the TCL community.
"In the Financial Aid Office, we've had the privilege of watching students grow from their first day on the job into confident leaders who are ready for what's next," says Jillian Kirkland, Director of Financial Aid (center in the photo). "Federal Work-Study isn't just about financial assistance. It's about creating opportunities that help students succeed in the classroom, in the workplace, and beyond."
We're proud to recognize the incredible team that makes this work possible every day:
• Jillian Kirkland – Director of Financial Aid
• Kevyn Richmond – Financial Aid Coordinator
• Lathea Fennell – Financial Aid Coordinator
• Alysha Kromm – Financial Aid Coordinator
• Nina Clark – Financial Aid Specialist
