    JUST IN: A federal jury has awarded former #Worcester man Natale Cosenza $8 million after finding that a Worcester detective, Kerry Hazelhurst, "knowingly fabricated" and suppressed evidence in his criminal case, leading to a wrongful conviction.

    This is as good a time as any to mention that Jim has always been swift in getting back to his hometown paper. It's his job, but it's one many in public service fail to perform adequately. His call from lockdown on this historic day is much appreciated.

    Quite the experience this afternoon at @fenwaypark as my wonderful mom Deb did a soundcheck before singing the anthem at tomorrow's game for @TheJimmyFund telethon. She battles stage 3 ovarian cancer with strength that inspires me. Thank you so much @RedSox for this opportunity!

    Here's Faiz Sobhani and his wife, Sanaa, outside their Modoc St. home in #Worcester this afternoon. Faiz, who immigrated here 3 months ago from India, had never seen snow fall in his 30 years until Sunday. "Pure bliss," he said. @telegramdotcom

    JUST IN: Charges against many of the people arrested on June 1 in Main South have been dismissed by @worcesterda, including those against photog Richard Cummings. Dismissal comes 2 days after our coverage of gaps in city video of Cummings' arrest. More soon @telegramdotcom
