Last Monday, the #Puskas Award winner was crowned.
This could well be a contender next time.
Oli Babington's club @ClevedonTownFC have called it the 'Non-League goal of the season.'
It's an absolute cracker! 🚀💪👏
David Beckham it was an absolute pleasure having you watch our U18s tonight. The boys were made over you took the time for a photo. Massive thanks to Millfield for the friendly and all the best guys ⚽️
Not the kind of tweet you usually see but we just wanted to say how excellent the referee Jordan Lee was in our @EmiratesFACup tie with @SherborneTownFC. A young lad who couldn’t have been much more than 20 was brilliant throughout and players and staff were very complementary👏
After only 6 games for Clevedon Town Under 18s the dream has come true for 16 year old Seasider’s striker Kayden Lucas, better known by his nickname ‘Chumpy,’ who has signed a scholarship at Premier League giants Newcastle United. Full story here: pitchero.com/clubs/clevedon…
RESPECT 🙌 Huge thank you to our first team players who during these difficult financial times decided to club together and buy us some new goal nets 👏👏 thanks lads ⚽️⚽️
We can confirm that Clevedon Town Under 18s have been re-instated in the FA Youth Cup and will be hosting Manchester City in the Third Round in the next couple of weeks. The date of the game will be confirmed once it has been agreed.
Today, we not only got three points, but the crowd went wild as Morgan Williams played his first competitive minutes since suffering an horrific double leg break nearly a year ago. Well done Morgan, for the hard work, both physical and mental to make your return 👏#Seasider
NEW SIGNING ✍️ we are delighted to announce the signing of winger @jaymurray07 from @OddDownFC. Jay is an exciting young prospect and goes straight into tomorrow’s squad to face Roman Glass in the FA Vase. Welcome Muzza 🔵⚪️
NEW SIGNING ✍️ we are delighted to announce the addition of @LeeRendall who joins the coaching team. Lee joins us with a wealth of experience in the Toolstation where he was part of the staff that saw @ODownfc win the league before he went on to manage the club for 2 seasons🔵⚪️
We wish all the best to @GeorgeyKing1 who leaves next week to explore an exciting football opportunity in New Zealand 🇳🇿 He’s been highly influential on and off the pitch and it’ll be a quieter dressing room without him. Positive - we’ll save a lot of ££ on ⚽️⚽️ good luck Kinger
Also massive congratulations to our First Team manager Micky Bell who today successfully completed his UEFA A Coaching Qualification 🎓 Our 1st team are now headed by 1 UEFA A and 2x UEFA B licensed coaches 🙌
