This just happened in #Lethbridge tonight. From what I’ve been told it was a 10 year old 3 on 3 tournament where a player slashed a ref. My source tells me the ref responded in a physical way (some are saying self defence) & this happened. Reaching out to organizer for more info

Depression doesn’t care about timing. Last weekend I had a nice time with friends. A couple of days later I felt taking my own life was my only option. Thankfully @Fedeyks and my Dr showed me another. Make sure you have Atleast one person around you who won’t let you quit.

Unfortunately I've tried to take my life on more than one occasion. Fortunately others have prevented me. Today is a really bad day for me, but I will strongly resist the urge to end things & move forward with each step. #WorldMentalHealthDay Find someone who won't let you quit

24 years ago today I woke up to my brother telling me that our Mom, who had beaten cancer once already was about to lose the 2nd battle. It is easily the worst way I have ever been woke up. Please call your Mom today and tell her you love her. I wish I could. #MissYouMom

Listen Patrick, having a terrible upbringing doesn’t give you the right to be an ahole, although you’re good at it. I know many others who had it bad, even worse then you & they aren’t dicks. You should learn from that and then people might actually like you.

Yesterday was brutal for me. Barely got out of bed until it was time to go to work and had to force myself to go. Terrible self harming negative thoughts. Doing the show and pretending to be upbeat was a struggle. But I pushed through and feel better for doing it. #BellLetsTalk

26 years ago tonight I first tried to take my life. My family was at church & I ran my Dad’s truck in the garage. My Mom sensed something wasn’t right while in church. It was my last Christmas with her as cancer won out the following Nov. Please check in with those around you.
