Once complete, the façade will incorporate elements of the historic Goodison Park latticework pioneered by the famous Scottish stadium architect, Archibald Leitch.
The family of Michael Jones have attended the unveiling of a permanent memorial in his honour at Everton Stadium on the first anniversary of his passing.
