The results are in the details. Elite positions don’t happen on accident. #pitching

Beyond excited to announce that I’ve accepted a position w/ the @BlueJays as the Rehab Pitching Coach. Thankful for God’s impact on my life & opportunities I’ve been given. All the coaches, orgs/facilities, and players…I thank you for giving me a chance. Forever grateful.

This video of Noah is a great learning tool for athletes trying to figure out the lower half. Notice: 1. How sturdy the right foot is. See how long he holds three points of contact. 2. Right shin stays vertical as hips hinge, ride to plate. 3. Two feet in the ground. Cont’d.

Of 10 drafted pitchers currently training w/ us from Indiana, 0 were on the “premier” travel team in Indiana @ age 16. Only 1 @ age 17. You can let adults make decisions for what team you are on but it is 1000% up to you about what you do to make it to the next level. #NoSettle

Can’t believe these Texas hitters are struggling so much with this pitching. Must be the ++command. 👀 velo @PitchingNinja

Reid’s development since ‘13 has included a knee surgery, Tommy John surgery, adding 50lbs of muscle mass, cleaned up AA, 18mph mound velocity ⬆️, and becoming a 3rd Rd draft pick! Tons of hard work has paid off. Far from done. @rolandreidschal @VandyBaseball #MLBDraft

One of Reid’s favorite drills to feel/develop arm action was the opposite knee plyocare throw. Using @drivelinebases 2LB here in controlled manner. Easy way for him to feel separation and AA. @PitchingNinja
